Cochica Corporation is a Nevada based private investment company founded in 2006. We make strategic investments in tech startups & real estate portfolio and strive to get amazing 'Return on Investment' year after year. We primarily manage a portfolio of investments in real estate and technology.

Real Estate:
Our real estate portfolio span eastern seaboard of USA. We primarily buy distressed single family, townhomes and condominum properties, renovate and add to our portfolio of properties or occationally flip it. We also invest in propoerties in hot vacation rental locations. We also manage a small portfolio of commercial proerty.

Tech Startup:
We fund tech startups with seed and venture capital. We have had success in funding startups which has resulted in successful mergers and acquisitions.

Robotics:
We are very interested to invest in startups focusing on automation/robotics.

Farms/Vineyard:
We are looking to invest in agricultural farms and vineyards.
